Our SMS Banking is a convenient way for you to manage your day-to-day banking requirements and offers a range of services 24/7. With this free of charge* and easy-to-use service, you can receive instant information about your account by simply sending us an SMS to either of the following 2 numbers depending on your network provider-

DU users - 1353

ETISALAT users - 2242

The following services are available via our SMS Banking Service:

• Account balance
• Last 5 transactions in the past 30 days
• Outstanding Loan balance
• Credit card available balance
• Credit card minimum payment amount and due date
• Pay my credit card
• Request a cheque book

To register for SMS Banking:

• Log in to your online banking and activate SMS banking under the Mobile Services tab and create your own pass code(pass code should be 6 numeric digits only with no letters or special characters). Your pass code is required each time you login to your SMS Banking Service.

This will complete your registration for SMS Banking Services.

To use your SMS Banking Service, please follow the below:

• Log in by sending the following SMS -
  
  LI <Customer ID> <Passcode>
  
  e.g. LI 012345 111111 (where LI → Login command, 012345 → Customer ID, 111111 → passcode created by you during SMS registration via your online banking.) Please ensure that a space is left between the log in command, customer ID number and also your pass code.



• Once you have successfully logged in, please use the required options in the command table below-
